How do I block a delivery date?

NOTE - this procedure does not apply to peak period dates where different ranges are available on different dates, only to the standard range.


Log into your JumpCloud Portal, then click on the Website application:

This will take you to the homepage of the website, logged in as staff - note the bar at the top. Hover over Matthew Landers at the top left, and click Dashboard:

Look for the BAKKBONE Welcome Panel (you may have to scroll), and click Block Delivery Date:

Click the pencil to the right of the first delivery schedule on the page.

Click Holidays to expand the Holidays menu, then click Add More.

In Holiday Name, enter what the customer will see if trying to select the date, eg. Fully Booked. The From Date and To Date are the date or dates you wish to block. Leave the dropdown as Current Year unless you require the same date to be blocked every year. Click the purple Save Settings button and the date will appear in the list above.

If for any reason you need to un-block the date, on the right of the line click Delete.

Once you are done, click the green Save Settings button to finalise your changes.
